Ever wonder whether your employee compensation and benefits package is competitive?
Retention and recruitment continue to be significant challenges in our industry. BCTA is dedicated to providing members with benchmarking data to help compare your company’s compensation and benefits offerings with those of others and ensure they are competitive. To achieve this, we are conducting our Annual Compensation Survey, targeting our motor carrier members to gather data on current compensation trends across all positions.
Our survey is CLOSING SOON, and if you haven’t participated yet, we need your input! This survey offers valuable insights into industry wages, benefits, and compensation trends, enabling you to make informed decisions about attracting and retaining talent in today’s competitive market. Only members who participate will receive a copy of the full report and an invitation to an information session where we will share the results on March 14th at 9:30 AM. You can join us in person at the BCTA office for coffee and doughnuts, or if you’re joining online, we will deliver doughnuts to your office for your team to enjoy!
By participating, you can benchmark your business against industry standards, ensure your wages and benefits are competitive enough to attract and retain skilled employees, and make data-driven decisions using real industry insights to plan for the future. There’s nothing to lose!
Your participation is completely confidential. Only those who complete the survey will receive access to the aggregate data once the survey is closed and processed.
The survey only takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, provided you have the necessary information on hand. Questions will cover company information such as size, area, and type of operation and business, employee information including average age and the approximate number of employees by gender, positions held with the number of employees in various roles, and compensation levels and benefits for different positions and owner-operators, if applicable.
