(TORONTO, Jan. 24, 2025) — The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) Engagement team has added new webinar dates for carriers and freight forwarders on CARM Client Portal registration and how to enrol in the CBSA Transporter Program.

This session provides registration tips, an overview of portal functions, transporter program-related expectations and a question and answer period. Registration is required for these webinars.

In addition, the CBSA is also offering 30-minute podcast-style webinars providing a step-by-step overview of the process for setting up individual business accounts on the CARM Client Portal, along with trouble shooting tips. This webinar is intended for those having difficulty onboarding onto the portal.
