Engaging Discussions and a Powerful Keynote

One of the most exciting aspects of the morning was seeing participants actively engage in discussions—sharing their experiences, asking thought-provoking questions, and collaborating on ideas for change. The energy in the room was electric as attendees reflected on ways to implement and improve DEI initiatives in their own workplaces.

A highlight of the event was the keynote address by Jamie Munro, whose expertise and passion for DEI resonated with the audience. Jamie’s insights challenged attendees to think critically about workplace culture and provided actionable strategies for creating lasting change. The conversation that followed was dynamic and inspiring, demonstrating a strong commitment within the industry to moving the needle on inclusivity.
